Shipping & Delivery Policy

The estimated average delivery time for products is 7 to 15 business days, which may vary due to factors such as delays by Royal Mail or other courier services, UK Customs procedures, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All purchases include a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer’s email within 5 business days. Tracking can be followed from dispatch at the point of origin until delivery at the destination address.

Deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail or courier partners. In cases where the recipient is absent or in delivery-restricted regions, the courier may leave a notice requiring the product to be collected from the nearest post office or delivery depot.

Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 15 days after dispatch.

Please check your delivery address carefully at the time of purchase to ensure timely delivery. The shipping address cannot be modified after 24 hours from the order placement, and cancellations will also not be possible after this period.

If a product is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the responsibility will lie with the customer. Should the item be returned to the sender abroad, the delivery timeframe will be recalculated from the date the reshipment is confirmed.
